VISITORS

We want your visitors to feel welcome in our park!! Guests are responsible for their visitors at all times. Please make sure you have your visitors sign in at the office whether they are registered or not. We charge $6 per car for visitor parking. Non-overnight visitors must be out of the park by 11pm. Overnight fees are $6 per person per night to stay in your trailer. It costs $6 per visitor per day for the use of our pool. If you have visitors who wish to pitch a tent on your site, the cost is $42 based on four people. All visitors' cars must remain in the visitor parking lot at all times. We do offer a seasonal rate for visitors. For $55 per person, you may register in your guests for the season. This covers each registered individual's parking, swimming, and overnight fees. This registration fee also applies to adult children (21 and over) still living with you.

PARKING

As stated above, parking is $6 per car. We also offer a seasonal parking pass for $55. This parking pass is perfect for guests who do not wish to have their guests pay for their own parking. It covers all of your visitor's parking fees for the season (with the exception of all holiday weekends including Halloween). Your guests still need to check in at the office upon arrival. The pass does not cover the cost of swimming or overnight visitors.

QUIET HOURS

Our quiet hours run from 11pm-9am. All non-overnight visitors need to be out of the park by 11pm. Please be considerate of your fellow guests!!! Additionally, after dusk, we are asking that loud noises be kept to a reasonable minimum so as to not disturb your neighbors. No Cornhole games after dark! All children under the age of 18 must be back at their own sites by 10 PM unless accompanied by their parents - NO exceptions!

CLEANLINESS

Our seasonal and monthly guests are responsible to keep their sites clean, clutter free, and mowed. Please do not move our fire rings. Do not store your mower beneath your camper, due to DOH guidelines. Each site may have one shed. All shed specs must be approved by Derrick. At the end of the season, all items not taken home must be stored in your shed. The only items allowed to be left on your deck are a grill, lawnmower, and a neatly stacked wood pile. Items left in the lawn create a hindrance for us during fall and spring cleanup. Sites that do not follow these guidelines will be charged a $250 cleanup fee. In order to keep wildlife from becoming pests, all garbage must be placed in the dumpster daily; please do not leave any garbage or pet food outside your camper at any time! For the same reasons, please rinse your recycling and deposits.

GOLF CARTS

Golf carts are permitted in the park for your transportation pleasure! All golf carts must have proof of insurance on file at the office before they can be operated on the premises. All golf cart operators must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Golf carts must have working headlights to be driven after dark. They also must be put up for the evening by 11pm. All golf carts must be in good working condition, based on management's discretion, and must be reasonably quiet. Any golf cart owners who do not adhere to these guidelines, or who drive recklessly, will be asked to take their golf carts out of the park. Electric scooters are not permitted!! NO GOLF CART PARADES AFTER 8:30pm!

PETS

Pets are welcome at Nor-Win! All pets must be nonaggressive, leashed, and picked up after at ALL times in ALL areas of the park. However, due to FDA guidelines, pets are prohibited from entering the orchard. They also must be quiet. Pet parents who do not follow these guidelines will be asked to leave their fur babies at home! Visitors may not bring pets into the park.

SAFETY

Child safety is our priority! Bike helmets are required for all children under 14. Bikes are not permitted to ride through sites, or to be out after 8pm. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times - this includes the restrooms, playgrounds, pond side, at the pool, rec hall, office, and basketball court. No unsupervised minors will be allowed to stay in the park. We have a user-friendly Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) located outside, between our office windows by the entrance gate. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 first, and if possible have another person call the office (315-946-4436) for assistance.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office will be open Fridays from 3-7pm, Saturdays from 10:30-5pm, and Sundays from 9am-noon. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All specifications for sheds and other non-camper structures MUST be pre-approved by Derrick before installation/construction begins! We do not allow any permanent added rooms.

If you have any questions, please call or email Emily and Derrick. Please also call us to report any problems in the park any time of day or night while they are happening so that we may address them immediately.
