VISITORS | We want your guests to feel welcome in our park!! Campers are responsible for their visitors at all times. Please make sure you have your visitors sign in at the office whether they are registered or not. As stated above, we charge $5 per car for visitor parking. Overnight fees are $5 per person per night to stay in your trailer. It costs $5 per visitor per day for the use of our pool. If you have visitors who wish to pitch a tent on your site, the cost is $30 based on four people, and $1 per person per night after four. All visitors’ cars must remain in the visitor parking lot at all times. In order to not disturb your neighbors’ peace, gatherings of 20 or more people require pavilion or rec hall rental.
PARKING | We do offer a seasonal rate for visitors. For $45 per person, you may register in your guests for the season. This covers each registered individual’s parking, swimming, and overnight fees. This registration fee also applies to adult children (21 and over) still living with you. We also offer a seasonal parking pass for $50. This parking pass is perfect for campers who do not wish to have their guests pay for their own parking. It covers all of your visitor’s parking fees for the season (with the exception of all holiday weekends including Halloween). Your guests still need to check in at the office upon arrival. The pass does not cover the cost of swimming or overnight visitors.
QUIET HOURS | Our quiet hours run from 11pm-9am. All non-overnight visitors need to be out of the park by 11pm. You can have all of the fun you want, just please be considerate of your fellow campers!!! No Cornhole games after dark, please! All kids and teens under the age of 18 must be back at their own sites by 10 PM unless accompanied by their parents - NO exceptions! Please be considerate and courteous of your neighbors!
CLEANLINESS | We would like to keep our park looking beautiful for you!! Our seasonal and monthly campers are responsible to keep their sites clean, clutter free, and mowed. Please do not move our fire rings. Each site may have one shed. All shed specs must be approved by Derrick. At the end of the season, all items not taken home must be stored in your shed. The only items allowed to be left on your deck are a grill, lawnmower, and a neatly stacked wood pile. Items left in the lawn create a hindrance for us during fall and spring cleanup. Sites that do not follow these guidelines will be charged a $75 cleanup fee. In the interest of keeping wildlife from becoming pests, all garbage must be placed in the dumpster; please do not leave any garbage or pet food outside your camper at any time.
